Most fun collaboration ever! It was a hit at every concert they did so far! Momozilla´s growls are a quite new thing for BABYMETAL, but yes, Momometal does growl. Not in an insane amount, but, hey, they are a "Metal Dance Unit", not a "traditional" metal band 😄 I repeat it, so that you won´t miss it: second "Are you ready??", I believe she is in the "Let´s go!!", too, and the two "Everybody!!" is actually Momometal growling.

Momoko did scream in the video actually. During the breakdown, Kevin scream's "are you ready", the next "are you ready" is Momoko. Also she screams "everybody" while dancing in the outro.

The members refer to this as showing her fangs. : ) With Nico's high register combined with Su's soprano voice, this was a match-up that had to happen.

To me, Ratatata is an Onomatopoeia. This is a sound I associate with running around as a kid pretending to have a machine gun and making the sound of firing (Also in the chorus "My Body is a weapon"). As far as the song, what is it about. It is about playfulness, or really just about having fun. Most of Electric Callboy songs are about having fun or partying, well the ones I like to listen to. By the way, there was some growling by Baby metal. Moa(?) Metal did the deeper growl on the second "Are You Ready" at 5:45 (or there about) and on "everybody" at 6:30 and 6:37. It takes a while to sort of hear it.

BabyMetal does vocal fry and did with a couple notes near the end.

Ratatata is just a fun party song. It's about staying out all night partying and dancing with friends, and maybe meeting someone you fancy along the way. Ratatata is apparently an onomatopoeia of a drum sound in EDM. Momometal does actually growl. Momo's growls are a new thing they are just starting to weave into their songs since she joined the group last year.

Nice reaction! The chorus of "Bu chi a ga re" (ブチアガレ meaning "Everyone get excited!") that MOA and MOMO are singing in the chorus is slang used by young Japanese. And "A ge" (アゲ) is also slang, meaning "lit". Your reaction is アゲ！

I didn't have a chance to clarify, but my boss (who is originally from Germany) guessed that ECB is a German group because _"RATATATA_ is a very German sounding title". 😂

Thanks from Japan 有難う💛. I fortunately witnessed the live debut and the second performance of RATATATA by BABYMETAL and Electric Callboy together in the two-day Fox_Fest on May 25 / 26 in Japan. Fun, happy, exhilarating, bubbly... Those words I could think of, as you can imagine. There were many mosh / circle pits over there 😄.
