To travel the world without walking will require a brand new mechanic called AP. You need to get AP if you want to walk without moving and you can get AP by doing battles.

Great analysis! I think the dive to the heart is actually the player's heart, they just don't appear on it since they're customizable. Also I think "founders" might be a nickname for Ephemer's descendants, since I don't think any of the actual founders are still alive (including Ephemer ofc)

One detail so far has been really standing out to me. In the original trailer they said that people joined the Societies in Scala to "be a part of a whole". That is a very specific wording with very specific implications. I kind of wrote it off at first, but then in this one we have the two characters speaking together as one. I strongly suspect this game is going to go more into how the ancient darknesses became one entity with Scala perhaps starting down the same road. My initial thought for Non-Existence was that it was Unreality as well, though I don't want to be too hasty, as it might end up being more connected to Nothingness instead; I do really feel like that's a concept that could be more fleshed out. It also could easily be a bit of both.

Great video! I do have a couple of things to say though : 1. The stained glass is most likely very much the player's heart. However, since the player is a customizable character, I'm guessing Nomura needed to find a workaround for their Station of Awakening and came up with this, the player's three best friends from UX, surrounded by the Foretellers. I doubt this has anything to do with Ephemer and Skuld trying to contact him. 2. Regarding the "two characters talking at the same time", I also don't believe that is the case. It doesn't sound like two people to me, but rather like a reverberating, disembodied voice. I don't think the dialogue and the video are connected in that instance. Now, who that disembodied voice may be remains a mystery. 3. I hope the new female character will be important as well, although I could also see her as just a random tutorial, tbh. With the eyes this specific shade of blue and her silver hair, I could see her be a descendant of Ephemer though. Nomura did mention a while ago in an interview that Scala articulates around societies, some of which are descended from Ephemer and others aren't. And I'm not sure if you're joking or not but just in case, that's not Kairi's grandmother considering this game takes place like, at least 150 years before BBS and while Kairi's grandma is old, she is not quite THAT old x) 4. You're confusing "non-existence" and "unreality". Non-existence is very much a known concept in Kingdom Hearts, in fact, it has been since KH2, that's what Nobodies are (or, are supposed to be until they grow back a heart anyway). I'm not sure what the English word for it is, void, nothingness, idk, but I'd take the "non-existence = unreality" certainties with a grain of salt. The fact that the game is GPS based and shows our world could point in that direction but I think it's more likely to be related to the World that never was (the world of nobodies and non-existence) and its numerous skyscrapers. Maybe Missing Link will tell us the origins of that world? 5. Regarding the "stay at home" thing, unless they've changed it, Nomura did say a while ago in an interview that not walking would require more ressources than actually going outside. 6. Societies are 100% this game's "Unions", the same way Pokémon Go has three teams. How else are they supposed to have competitive events, right? I suspect there will be three, a red one, a green one and a blue one (possibly influencing which Keyblade we get first, the red one with the gear, the green one with the light bulb, or the blue one we briefly saw in the first Missing Link trailer).

At least, it will be playable at home. I never understood the GPS format to go outside to play a phone game. What I mean is when you go outside, it is to do some outdoors activities, to go somewhere or to wait while traveling. I prefer to stay behind a screen at home. It is my opinion.

I think that the girl in the trailer is Riku’s ancestor rather than Kairi’s grandmother. She has teal eyes and silver hair, like Riku Though, the red haired boy might be Kairi’s ancestor/great grandfather. Similar hair colour to her too.

It's probably just me, but at 9:38, the players's stance holding the keyblade in that way looks similar to when Yozora summoned Sora's Station of Awakening.

When i think about the two main character for Missing Link, I feel he is Soras ancestor. What does Nomura have in store for KHIV, we do not know for sure since they are keeping it from prying eyes and spies in their headquarters.

Sky the dark cloud In background being the astral plane I connected this with Xehanort in the opening of kh 3 he looks in the sky and see something purple up there which could have been the astral plane meaning he may have known about it all along and foreshadowed

My theory is that in KHML that the person you play as isn’t the player character it’s a random character you play as or there’s a time skip after the ending of the game showing the player character getting old and such. I’m just confused on why hide the player face in the update in Dark road opening and in KHML you could customize the character you play. So I believe it’s not the player character.
