*has hammer equipped- 120 dps *looks at club- 118dps "the club has higher dps" *switchws to club *looks at hammer he just uniquiped "ohh that fine hammer has an even higher dps" this is why i love you splat. also that scythe had an AOE attack up to 6 dudes.

He had the axe equipped, not the hammer. They both had 120 dps, though.

That Scythe had AOE dmg. 6x48 = 288dmg +4% Crit

I was cringing all along. It was a great item since you're always dealing with swarms. Seems like splat isn't using his brains.

I know he's playing for entertainment but the math is so simple! AoE is amazing when you're dealing with swarms!

i legit unsubbed for like 1 day in rage after watching him ignore every tip that popped up on screen then immediately ask how to do the thing the tip was telling him to do lol. to be fair, i imagine its really hard to concentrate completely while talking none stop and playing. i came back pretty quick but he is still entertaining :)

This is a pretty cool idea. The cleric/healer game you played yesterday and now Necromancy based gameplay, it's really awesome indie devs are coming up with fun concepts.

@@tsunamiwolf5356 Yes it is similar to Overlord. I wouldn't say it's "taking" anything though. It's just another game similar in structure, the same way Call of Duty is similar Rainbow Six.

aSinisterKiid I didn’t mean taking as in stealing, I meant taking as in using the mechanics that overlord is heavily based on and brought a lot of attention too. Your comment made it seem like you thought these indies devs are coming up with new ideas.

Found out this game will be coming out for the PlayStation 5. Not a game I would play but it is on sale right now on the PlayStation Store until the 21st of November 2020. If it gets cross buy status I may pick it up.

This reminds me of a browser game amwhil ago, It was call Right Click To Necromance, and you started with a small army, and as you went around the army ou would kill other small armies, and raise them, then over time you would get stronger and stronger enemies, like a ranged one

Huh. Nagash's spirit has been resurrected by a grief-stricken Morrite Priest who first brought necromancy to Sylvania; by an Orc Warboss who looted a fancy crown and ended up with a split personality; and even by a powerful ritual conducted by a desperate alliance of Vampires during the End Times. But I don't remember him ever getting resurrected by a curious chicken...

*Right Click to Necromance* is the true inspiration for this title. A dev mentioned that to me pre-release as we both love this title. Doesnt DPS work more lile yes in general higher dps is good but not always some weapons might have a lower DPS but because of what they do they end up doing better

Is it just me or this game is kinda inspired by game of thrones.. With the player being the Night king... Especially with the bit about killing "John".. Styx literally says "go and kill John. He knows nothing but he is a dangerous adversary..." sounds like a reference to Jon Snow also this takes place at a wall on the north.. More game of thrones reference

You've just described common tropes that have nothing to do with Game of Thrones specifically. The concept of Undead and uncrossable blighted barrier either to the far North or the far South of a land are in countless fantasy universes. Very thin threads. No, it's not based on Game of Thrones.

Actually this game has a bunch of tv and movie references so you may be right. If Splat plays this game long enough you'll get to see an area filled with several Breaking Bad references.
