When she was using chopsticks I thought it would take her 15-18 minutes to finish, then the gloves were shown and it went down to 10 minutes at most

Ok. So I would NOT beat your time. But THIS is finally a challenge I think I could finish. I have always been able to eat crazy lots of noodles. Only noodles🙄. That looked SO good.

Matt Stonie + Kobayashi are walking proof that the worlds best volume and speed eaters are never, ever, obese and rarely even "fat". Kobayashi has a genetic mutation that separates the chambers of his stomach way more spread out than a normal human's stomach thus allowing food to way more efficiently expand. Stonie has never claimed any genetic advantages nor any of his strategy but yeah, even with Joey Chestnut (Coney Island hot dog eating champ pretty much every year for the past decade), he is pretty much a normal sized guy as well.
