very good coach, I have been doing this exercise to improve my lateral triceps head for a few years, a curious detail is that many guys at my gym said that I wanted to invent the wheel and turned my nose up, but in the end I improved my side head, today I even make little of it so as not to take away the harmony of the arm and today you bring this excellent tutorial, very good coach.

Thanks for the exercise. I think I saw a variation of this exercise in a Bumpstead's training video. (Without the ropes, but need an adjustable height cable machine)

Lovely demonstration. Can you elaborate on the length of the ropes? There's quite a big difference in the length of ropes here in Europe at least, and the ones at my gym are *very* short and shitty. So before I order anything, I'd love the measurements :) I'm guessing the ropes are around 27 inches in length each?

Coach I have a request behalf of all your followers, i need you to tell us about getting rid of injuries, you know what i mean like I can't extend my right elbow completely, I donno what happened and even it aches sometimes and also my right knee, recent 3 weeks I'm having hard time with the strain, it didn't get well after 3 weeks putting my leg days off. Please make a video, how to prevent and come out of those stuffs. Shoulder, elbow, knee, wrist, lower back, mid back etc etc 😅 pls start with knee and elbow. Thanks coach♥️

That would be a great way to throw a lot more stress on my elbows and probably F them up. I’m always one of the first to love new ideas dating back many decades but this one is not appealing at all. However before I’m attacked for informed opinion, *everything* is worth considering first

Awesome loving the short format Since I am still learning all these giga brain terms, doesn’t an overhead tricep cable extension provide full flextion of the elbow? Thank you for any clarification

Normally not for most people. Just lengthens the long head

@@HypertrophyCoach Thank you sir. How would I determine on an athlete that full flextion is being utilized and not just a long head tricep stretch for that overhead position? Is it that their elbows are fully set back, forearms on biceps like shown in your Rapunzele creation? Thank you

If you got your elbows tucked in it'll bias the long, but if you flare your elbows the lateral. But like said above it'll hit all three heads, the bias due to elbow will be slight but will result in big difference in the long run/lots of volume.

Dude you gotta work your forearms and triceps, your biceps are the only developed muscle on your arms, not even sure how that’s even possible but I’d work overtime on your forearms asap because that’s a major imbalance
