I am honestly wonderstruck, your innovative light show and such poetic words reflecting our united thoughts of our long past traditions, struggles of this trying year, yet our hopes of a better tomorrow made me experience a wonderment like a child again. I wept when I saw the words Scotland over the castle, I felt emotional seeing my hometown, and I feel so proud that Scotland could share such a heartfelt message to seal the end of 2020 in such an innovative and creative way to share with the world. This was wholly inspiring. I never imagined something as good as this could be put together. It's a stunning piece of collaborative art that is much more than the sum of its parts, and speaks not just to each of us as individuals, Scots, but as a collective humanity in what has been the most difficult year that we have lived through since the second World War. Not so much the traditional Hogmanay food of whisky and black bun, but sustenance for the soul. A humble thank you to all involved.
