Angular momentum and the figure skater is very difficult to apply to a golf swing because the radius isn’t fixed. You can apply torque from three points on the radius (the arm) at any given point in the movement, therefore you can slow or speed up the rotation of the object (club head) regardless of the length of the radius. In high speed swing you always want a cancelling torque going on. If you rotate, like in a chair that’s one thing. If you thrust trail shoulder to push the body around, that another torque. Stability is in the torque and resistance. One side working into the other side. Merry-go-round is fixed rotation and ice skater is spinning around, we do neither. It’s a fold more than anything, forcing low point forward due to that.

So what you are saying is we always have to have some torque in the arms? The one video you did has that and it worsk for me and this is because of the torque? I can torque more than one way, you say. I hear about the ice skate always but never could make sense of it to a swing.
