I felt it when Murugi talked about having money to do things for your parents 😢😢. Doing their shopping once in a while makes them especially my mom so happy . I just hope one day I will be able to do it for them as often as I can and not worry about money.

More underrated pleasures of life: Mpesa message ( you have received x amount from x. ) A call or message from a sibling ( brings out a smile and makes you feel good) Healthy work environment or having a work life balance ( people underestimate the effects of toxic environments, burn out and having no life outside work on mental health) Having money so you dont have to remain in unhealthy environments whether its at work or a relationship. Not having to deal with people who you dread having to be anywhere near them/ minimizing contact with toxic narcissistic people

That part of sisters, I felt a twitch listening to coz I only have one daughter, no son or another daughter and I honestly don't plan to get, and I keep wondering what it will be like for her when she's all grown without siblings when I personally enjoy being one of 5 of my parents' girls. There's nothing I enjoy like hanging out with my siblings, or just being on a call with them, it is more fun when we have Mum with us and can't stop giggling from her stories and comedy. It sure is an underrated pleasure of life.
