I can relate to what you talked about in the first few minutes on feeling a bit "homeless". As an Afrikaans speaking South African language is also very important for me. I did my Honours in Philosophy on Gadamer.

What do you think of reading/interpreting the New Testament through the lens of Gadamer?

If we don’t talk we don’t understand each other. And when we don’t know what’s up we can’t treat us right. And the longer it goes it’s going on. It’s usual trying to overcome this. And to reach a point it feels senseless when there is no change in months and also getting quiet. When you feel hurted and wrong treated immediately and wanna go to war imagine how it must feel having this for month and how frustrating it is getting blamed not to care, being heartless and just playing selfish games. What should be joyfully on this? If you want them closer communicate. Got many try’s in months. If you don’t want them arround let them go. Also this Situation Happend a couple of times. They are not playing tricks on you to give you pain again and again. They giving you new tries. Because you pleased them to stay and how much they mean to you. To say they don’t love you and being responsible for everything went wrong is not fair. They tried to come close, to go away and being just arround and not come closer or to leave. Just being there and not getting in situations that stresses.Nothing was right. But still they offer being there if you decide to move. They will not please you because that proofed has no influence and only brings anger. And if you don’t want to come closer they also don’t stress and accept it. You can decide what you want alone and finally. What’s evil in that? You have freedom of choice. People you don’t wanna talk stay away. And those you like will be there. No war or bad habits, just clearing situation after a long time. And to clear a situation that feels uncomfortable and brings stress and anger is not evil or against you. You
