Hi everyone I've been suffering from Gerd for Four years now and just like everyone in this comment section, I came here to find any solution to this horrible pain I was facing and not many have given enough solution to the problem, so I had to do some thing on my own to find one and I did for now, at this moment and for couple of weeks now, I've been free of most of the constant Panic attacks, jaw pain, behind the chest pain and many more to count, so what I found out was to have Ragi (Finger millet) in the form of a drink every morning before breakfast and then have my breakfast and then have a glass of Kefir culture, these things have truly helped me with sudden burst of chest pain and the whole acid issues all together, please do try this out yourself and do your own research on them before you wanna try it, PS - I've been on this for just few weeks and i can see results, it's very important as well to stay away from trigger foods while on this, Hope it helps I'm praying for each and every one of us here, God bless you all

I just got through with a flare up yesterday. My throat was sore this morning from the acid I kept burping up. Eggy/Sulfur burps are the worst. Tickling in my throat when I’d try to eat my breakfast this morning as well. I’ve had GERD since 2019, it’s not fun.

Every time I eat my food my stomach bloats and most times it burns at the top. I always have an unpleasant taste like sour-ish at the back of my throat and sometimes I get sharp chest pains but not all the time. I also find it hard to swallow at times and I have a regular cough that is a little bit ticklish. I’m getting an endoscopy at the end of the month to find out what it is. I’ve had it for 3 years. My doctor thinks it sounds like GERD. It’s so hard to live with every day.

Anyone know this? Two weeks ago, I started to have Acid Reflux/GERD symptoms. Searched the web and stopped drinking coffee and softdrinks. Then recently, the acid flows back to the stomach but still experiencing heartburn for 6 days. Some said this one is just a Fast Heartburn, while my conclusion is Heartburn and Palpitation. Anyone experienced this stuff? I'm still 16 years old and kinda obese. Note: I stopped drinking caffeine stuffs and products that may affect my acid for 2 weeks, but my Hearburn is still ongoing.

Can someone help me? Its been 2 days since I last ate chicken and thought that I swallowed a bone. Im not sure but after swallowing, the sensation of having something is in my throat occured. I dont know if its my anxiety to getting choked is what that triggers it or is it a bone that I swallowed.
