Thank you so much for doing these videos. I really learn alot and its nice to learn the correct lessons on making horsepower and eliminating all the marketing hype from the various aftermarket manufacturers. could you possible touch on rod length and its affect on horsepower and reliabilty?

Help me understand please. If I have an engine with a rocker arm ratio of 1.5 and a valve spring with an open pressure of 300lbs. Does this mean the pounds of pressure at the cam would be 450lbs since there is NO mechanical advantage when opening the valve?
