I’ve had shoulder pain from trauma doing jujitsu in 2006. I’ve seen orthopedic surgeons, therapists, chiropractors. Had MRIs, x-rays. Somehow no one figured out this was my problem. I’ve been doing these stretches/massages for a week and I’ve noticed massive changes. My quality of life has improved in just one week. Thank you!

@@PrecisionWellbeing your one of them after manny i found pretty good because i havend seen a single one giving the right way to do so. I waited for the solution after the preach like they all do and aspected the solution your offering. To me it says you stopped to invested (think) for much better. You and all stay at the same conclusions with everybody a difernt solution whit the same outcome. Think out off the box, amd ill hope to see you a cople off years later whit reinventions. I can tell you it isnt the shoulder that gives the pain if you can digg that. And than... you wont explain that anymore what you've been doing. @@PrecisionWellbeing Hello Ashley, does it help to do meditation daily, for s-e with chronic Anchylosing Spondylitis head protrusion and psychical tension + severe insomnia tensions, please? And what with all the new EMF stressors,4G, - and 5G threat? oh, we can say no now, but not once installed(new law). I wonder if the satellites can be taken down if all the people demand it unanimously?! They say that is the cause of the flu being worse this year: 5G gives flu-like symptoms, but we have corona virus inside us all the time, and it the virus is not as bad as they say.The video I saw of a few falling people in a subway, was not flu-behaviour at all, but radiation behaviour. it seems to be all scam to frighten, limit our freedom and group strength y gathering in job, church etc, and terrorize/control us in order for Bgates to then have prepared for deceived consent to new vaccinations. With new sicknesses.

Bro, you totally explained the source of the exact pain I've been experiencing the last few months. None of the other shoulder youtubers even came close. I pulled something in my left shoulder way back in January. It recently felt like it was finally healing, until one night I slept on that side and woke up in excruciating pain. 😫 That was last week, and I have been taking gobs of NSAIDS to keep the inflammation down ever since. The pain gets really intense depending on the position my arm is in and how inflamed it may be. 😣 > 😫 Thankfully it seems to be getting better, slowly but surely. I will be doing your exercises whenever I am able. Thank you for this EXCELLENT informative video! 😊

Using an actual shoulder visual aid along with your explanation of the shoulder mechanics was invaluable! I've had 2 surgeries ( 1 on each shoulder) and have been to 4 therapists, 2 doctors and NOONE ever has the visuals to help you understand the anatomy. (May be a diagram hanging on the wall that is too small to read.) It really helps one understand when trying to figure out where the pain is; also, what the therapists are targeting with the exercises they prescribe. Thank you soo much!

Thanks. You explained well and that’s exactly where the pain I have now, November 27,2021, I have dislocated shoulder. The pain I have is in your explanation. With watching your video, I can understand where the pain coming from. I had a bad fall on Aug 13/21 and went to emergency room in the hospital. The doctor fixed the dislocated shoulder that I came home with a sling arm. After a month w/o sling arm, it was so painful The Orthopaedic doctor in the hospital can’t explain the pain in my shoulder. But watching your video, thank you very much that explained what really happened to my shoulder pain. Physiotherapy gave me exercises w/o explained what the exercises will benefit to my shoulder pain. With your video, I can see what happened to my shoulder. Thanks for the video and will try the exercises provided from you. Thanks you very much

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you. You show and explain everything so well. My orthopedic surgeon doesn’t explain anything. I had a left rotator cuff surgery and after 8 months I’m am still having limited and painful external rotation. In addition, 6 months ago I developed the same thing on my right side. MRI show undersurface partial tearing of the supraspinatus tendon, anterior Labral tearing, moderate subacromial and subdeltoid bursitis, acromioclavical joint hypertrophic and inflammation, and glenohumeral effusion. Have been getting cortisone shots monthly, it helps for about 2 wks only. I’m assuming it’s age related as I’m 65 yrs old. Your videos are very helpful to me and I’m positive to others too. Thank you and I wish you were practicing osteopathy here in FL, I most certainly would have loved to be treated by you personally. Thanks again!

Orthopaedic surgeons are notorious for not explaining to patients the long term outcomes, or answering patient questions. Besides the cortisone injection..you need to do a lot of stability training...it may help alittle..but sounds like your shoulder is quite degenerated

Great video! I have had a lot of Osteo, physio and massage for many years due to neck and shoulder tension/pain. A word of caution: if you do not see improvement in your pain/movement with treatment, consider seeing a specialist. I eventually had MRIs which discovered bone spurs and a lot of damage to the supraspinatus tendons (both shoulders) and rotator cuff issues. Surgery was my only option and now I am almost pain free and regaining movement.

TY for the explination. I've had multiple surgeries on my shoulder concluding with a distal clavicle extraction. It was explained to me as a weight lifters injury. I injured it pulling a cutout knife used to cut the windshield loose by pulling the knife towards you. The blade is held by the handle and the technician pull the t-handle towards the body, sometimes at +600lbs psi. It's a physical maneuver and was a horrid recovery process to get the strength back to that level and motion

Thanks, you did a great job describing the problem and giving DIY remedies. I've exercised for years doing front, rear and middle deltoid exercises with excellent results with no problems. One morning I started exercising and pulled something in my left shoulder and have been unable to exercise my shoulders for weeks now. I'm gradually getting back to exercises my shoulders and will absolutely apply your techniques. The only conclusion I've come up with is the change in weather (cold winter) caused my shoulder muscles to require more warming up with lighter resistance prior to using greater resistance. Thanks for the video. You are an excellent teacher pinpointing the exact location; supraspinatus.

Starting for about 10 years, my shoulder got progressively worse with pain and 3 years ago it really started killing me when doing activities, golf and working out/weightlifting. Saw the best Ortho Doctor in Maryland and after scans and xrays, he said a good debridement would solve my issue. So I got the surgery and went to therapy and after 4 months, it started to feel better and after 1 year, my shoulder was strong and stable again, like it was when I was younger with no pain at all. Now my right shoulder is misbehaving and will probably do the same thing. I think a good honest Ortho Doctor that is experienced and knows what he/she is doing, is the best thing you can ask for.
