I'm not familiar with RFQs so please bare with me... Once you're awarded a contract, do you receive payment before delivering the goods or is it only after? I'm asking because as a startup, your purchase power is non-existent

Hi , how do you know when you have won the tender ? And how long will it take for them to award a tender ?

They will send award letter and depends on the complexity of the RFQ/P in terms of timeline
