Onto the genocide route now. Hoo boy, they really went all out with this...
As much as the genocide route in the original Undertale was supposed to be hard, it still felt like a relatively fair challenge. Some of these bosses however (well, one in particular) decided to really up the ante and I'm honestly convinced that certain attacks of theirs are just borderline unavoidable, or take cyborg-like reflexes and precision to be able to dodge flawlessly. I literally spent HOURS on the final boss, and was even contemplating quitting the game outright because of how ridiculously cheap their attack patterns are

The run is aborted even if robots that don't give EXP are destroyed.

@@MayhemZsecondsthis is half true. Sparing him on geno will not abort geno but killing him on pacafist will still abort pacafist (he appears in the pacafist ending after all)

out of all of these Axis is my favorite, the way the entire fight is flipped on it's head only for Clover to snap after hearing Axis murdered a human which ends up bringing clover to level 19, smash through Axis's trash lid then completely incriminate him with the laser

And everything else in the genocide run past worked as intended, so I think I got bugged or skipped the loaded cutscene for the boss

@@andrewgusta8888i found out that if you kill everyone before reaching him then he wont be there, but if you almost kill everyone and then go to him he will be there

Me doing easy mode because there is no way in hell i can beat ceroba or zenith martlet

There is. I beat every boss without it. I spared dalv and continued my genocide late to get the silver scarf and used it against normal martlet and Ceroba. I used the golden bandanna against axis neo and zenith martlet. Martlet Normal Ice pellets Silver scarf Ceroba: Flint Silver scarf Axis Neo and Zenith: Friendly pellets Golden bandanna The only one who didn’t get bombarded with pellets of some form was Ceroba.

Does missing one monster in a area abort the genocide route ?

You need total per area like in OG Undertale, but you also have per-screen counters. Generally you only need for the entire area, but in e.g. Steamworks that does come out as exhausting all encounters on each screen.

Yes except for Dalv, sparing Dalv doesn't abort the genocide route for some reason
