I agree for the most part. I think that's true for Selene, Amelia, Marcus, probably Kraven, Khan, etc. But Viktor was far older than 25 when he was turned (probably 60 or 70) and had already aged past that point as a human. The rest were born vampires or turned late teens-early 20s, so all they were close enough to the age they'd be in for the rest of their lives.

Nah, he was exceptional att gaining and retaining power, but he was a terrible leader. He personally started a war between Lycans and Vampires that lasted centuries and claimed thousands of lives. Lucian was Viktors adopted son, he loved him and he loved Sonja. The moment it was clear that Lucian could control the original werewolves, he could have attained peace in his kingdom had he been diplomatic. Sure, his distain for werewolves are completly understandable, given how he spent years perhaps even decades hunting William and seeing the destruction he and his kind caused. But still, had he been less of a tyrant he would have seen that Lucian was proof that Lycans can be better than William and the first gen werewolves.

That being said, Nye is brilliant in the role and Viktor is an awesome villain!

the difference between the Underworld and Vampire Diaries vampires is, Vampire Diaries vampires are supernatural creatures created by magic, whereas the Underworld vampires are biologically immortal transgenic beings who are the product of a virus.

Hey Calvin, avoiding copyright all depends on several factors but the main one is that the footage used cannot be an exact reproduction of the original work.. for example, I mute the video, I edit the contrast, saturation and colour slightly, I make the footage slightly larger in size and sometimes I flip it.. once these changes are made it means that I have transformed the original content and it’s no longer copyright.. you also need to a detailed explanation for the company who own the footage explaining every change made. If they deem it acceptable they will allow the use of their footage to be monetised.. some companies just won’t budge at all however like Universal for example..

With Viktors first reign, he had wanted to imprison the werewolves and use them as his slaves and the vampires protectors during the day, since Vampires were deathly allergic to UV rays and Werewolves were immune to this weakness. This was the reason he kept Marcus alive and imprisoned William, as due to Marcus lying, Viktor thought if one of them die, so does their bloodlines. So here's the thing about Werewolves, they lose all sense of being once they turn. The Werewolf Corvinus Strain was VERY infectious, as it turned someone as soon as their blood was infected. Even dead bodies would reanimate as soon as they were infected. This combined with the loss of all humanity and sense of self, pure Werewolves are extremely dangerous. One reason being that they are not able to regain their human form once turned. But something had happened during Viktors reign, one of Viktors newly turned slaves was pregnant when she was turned, thus giving birth to a human child who had the ability to transform into a werewolf at will BUT he was able to regain his human form; Enter the new race, The Lycans. This child born was Lucian. He was Viktors favorite slave as he was the first Lycan. A Lycan is still a werewolf, but they are able to turn back into their human form unlike their pure werewolf counterpart. But Lucian fell in love with Viktors daughter Sonya, who was a pure born Vampire. A Pure Born Vampire is typically more powerful than a turned vampire, as both of their parents are Vampires, thus giving the child the power of the sum of their parts. Lucian and Sonya were forbidden to be together, as Viktor feared the merging of the bloodlines, as he wanted to be the most powerful man in the most powerful race. But Sonya then became pregnant with Lucians child, which resulted in Viktor executing his own daughter as his fear of the merging outweighted his love for his daughter. Thusly causing the Lycan-Vampire war that Viktor had then pinned on Lucian causing, when it was his own actions that had initiated the war. ----

Viktor then ordered his Elite team of Death Dealers to hunt and kill Lucian, with Kraven being a lowly ranked Death Dealer at this time. The Death Squad did indeed find Lucian, but it was a trap, as Kraven had worked with Lucian to rise in rank with Viktor, selling out the rest of the Death Dealers he was with. Lucian cut off the tattoo that showed he was a slave to Viktor and gave it to Kraven, who then took it back to Viktor as proof that he had killed Lucian. Their plan worked, and Viktor believed Lucian dead, Kraven rised to one of Viktors most trusted lieutenants while Lucian could hide without being hunted by Viktor and slowly gain power. Lucian had wanted revenge against Viktor for the death of Sonya and their unborn child, and his plan was to fulfill Viktors greatest fear and merge the bloodlines into a Hybridization of the Vampires and Lycans. Fast forward to the 20th century, with Selene becoming a death dealer and Viktors psuedo daughter, as he had killed his own daughter. Lucian was still working on his plan and looking for a descendant of Alexander Corvinus, someone who has the secrets of the untainted Immortal Corvinus Strain Virus buried in his genetic code. Enter Michael Corvin. Lucian then found Michael and their experiments were successful, using Michaels blood as a catalyst, they were able to mix the Lycan Corvinus Strain and the Vampire Corvinus Strain into a Hybrid Corvinus Strain; *Half Vampire, Half Lycan, Stronger than both.* With Selene exposing Kraven, Viktor went on the search for Lucian. But Kraven and Lucian had exposed the truth to Selene, that Viktor had killed her father and family, because her father was the smith who had created William's tomb and the keys to the tomb. Viktor then finds out about Lucians plan, but he finds out too late. As Michael was already bitten by Lucian, turning him into a Lycan. But Michael was shot by Kraven once Kraven had figured out he was exposed, who had also shot Lucian. Lucian then urged Selene to bite Michael to save him, as Selene had fallen in love with Michael. Lucian dying as he witnessed his revenge come to pass, as Viktors psuedo daughter in Selene had fallen in love with a Lycan and had turned him into a Hybrid.

Michael then fought Viktor as a newly turned Vampire-Lycan Hybrid, showcasing heightened strength, speed healing factor and agility, far surpassing any normal Vampire or Lycan asides from Marcus or William. Yet Viktors century's old battle experience had gained him the upper hand, until Selene stepped in and finally killing Viktor, avenging herself, her family, Sonya AND Lucian. They were then surrounded by the loose Lycans in the sewers, but they had stepped down, sensing that Michael was one of them, allowing them to leave unharmed. The second movie highlights Hybridization, as this was the goal of Marcus, now knowing it was possible for the line of Corvinus to accomplish. With Lucians Lycan scientist Singe, being killed by Viktor in the first movie, Singes Lycanthropic blood has leaked into Marcus's tomb, ultimately awakening the First Vampire. Due to the Vampiric abilities to see the memories, thoughts and feelings of whoever's blood they are feeding upon, Marcus had awoken already knowing about the current situation. But more importantly, due to Singe being a Lycan, Marcus had turned into a Vampire-Lycan Hybrid. To clarify, Marcus was a Vampire-Dominant-Lycan Hybrid after feeding on Singes blood. This was only possible due to Marcus being a Corvinus, and he was originally infected by the Immortal Corvinus Strain, so he was one of the few who were able to become a Hybrid. So now knowing that Lucian planned to create a Hybrid in Michael Corvin, and knowing that Selene was the key to finding William, Marcus planned to track down Selene so she can lead him to William's tomb so he can finally free his brother. But with Marcus becoming a Vampire-Lycan Hybrid, he had a plan to help William regain his sense of self. He wanted to make William become a Hybrid as well, in the hope that William would finally regain his human form and sense of self. With the now uber powerful Hybrid Marcus chasing Selene and Michael, they went on the run. But he was able to track them down easily, as he was the only vampire with a truly vampiric form since he was the first Vampire and being able to fly. Selene and Michael go to Tanis, Viktors history keeper, who had been banished and exiled as he had been telling people the truth of the vampires, that Marcus was the first and Viktor was lying. Tanis then told Selene and Michael the truth of their races, the history of Alexander Corvinus and where to find him. He also warns them that Marcus must not be allowed to free his brother, as William is an uncontrollable beast. Selene and Michael then continue to find Alexander, and succeed in doing so. But Marcus is not far behind, as he finds Tanis and drinks his blood to find out the truth. Marcus then leaves to follow Selene and Michael, as he now knows the secrets to free William, he just needs Selene so he can find out the location of William's tomb. Now when Selene and Michael find Alexander Corvinus, Selene pleads with Alexander to stop his son, as he has the power to do so being the first True Immortal. But he refuses to do so, as he still has his humanity, and refuses to hurt his children. Marcus then finds them, and he and Michael get into a fight.

Even though Michael is a Hybrid as well, the Hybrid Marcus is just as strong a match for Michael and he seemingly kills him. Michael then goes to Selene and drinks her blood to find out the location of his brother. Once he does so, he faces his father and takes the keys to William's tomb, as Alexander had both keys in his possession. Marcus told his father his plan, to free his brother at last and create an entirely new race, a Vampire-Werewolf Hybrid race, one better than his failed Vampire race that followed Viktor. After Marcus leaves, Selene then comes to a dying Alexander. He tells her that she must drink his *Pure Immortal Blood* as it will make her an *Enhanced Vampire-Corvinus Strain Vampire* and she does so, as this is the only way that she will have any chance to defeat William and Marcus. Selene was a Vampire, but due to drinking Alexander's PURE, untainted Immortal Blood, the untainted Corvinus Strain had mixed and mutated Selenes Vampire-Corvinus Strain blood and had enhanced her abilities to that of a Hybrid. Creating the first Enhanced Vampire Corvinus Strain. Alexander then tells his men, the cleaners, to follow and aid Selene in stopping his sons. They grab Michaels body and Alexander proceeds to detonate his base to get rid of any evidence of their presence to the human world. Selene then finds Marcus, but they are too late. He had freed William, but he did not have enough time to turn William into a Hybrid. Selene and the Cleaners then fight Marcus and William, with William turning everyone he bites and scratches into Werewolves *instantaneously* as the original Werewolf-Corvinus Strain is very infectious. But since the cleaners had brought Michael's body, Michael had revived as he was resilient enough to survive Marcus's attack. Michael then kills all of the Werewolves that William had created and comes to Selenes aid. The Enhanced Selene then fights the Hybrid Marcus while the pure Werewolf William fights the Hybrid Michael. William is powerful being the first original Werewolf, but the Hyrbidized Michael is just a bit more powerful than William and rips his head in half with his bare hands. Marcus, being distracted by his brothers death, is then killed by Selene, being thrown into the helicopter blades that were still spinning. Marcus and William were then finally stopped and the entire Corvinus bloodline was gone except for Michael. There is still so much that happens and so much lore, but I've already written so much. I love Underworld as it is VERY underrated and actually pretty in depth if you take the time to research the lore. Dean, if you want, I could help you research Underworld Lore! I love Underworld and there were some things that you missed or didnt understand.
