Great point! I watched this video again on the PC just to make this point. Rodney Hood, George Hill and other good NBA players all flourish in true basketball systems and it shows. When they do not perform in intellectual basketball strategies they seem to be so called "trash players" - the notion that they become better players in other systems is fictional narrative to make some center piece look good - take away the center piece and the house falls down for lack of structure.
