Hi everyone! I hope that you're doing well and are having a flare free day.
The first week of 75 hard was a WILD ride. This video is a vlog style vibe that documents Day 2 to 9 of my attempt at 75 hard with a chronic condition / endometriosis. Let me first say that the week started off strong, with two 45-minute workouts happening daily, and all of the other 75 hard related requirements being met. That was until Day 7 (the final day of the first week).
I'm still unsure if it was a stomach bug or flu going around the neighbourhood...or if it was Caesar dressing that I ate that was potentially left out and had gone bad - but all that to say Day 7-9 were a write-off when it came to this challenge. I didn't leave my bed all of Day 8 due to nausea, chills, and a fever, and Day 9 was more of a recovery day for me.
Let's see what Week 2 of the 75 hard challenge has in store for me (hopefully not another stomach bug or flu).
