He actually could do it way higher. You can see at 1:01. He sway his mic to show someone (or something) that could heard that sounds that he actually made that sound. That should be above 20kHz since we couldnt hear it

@@davelong4131 Well Georgia Brown hit a note of G10 during a live performance, which is higher than what Dimash hits here. That was in 2005, and has not been beaten yet.

Technically not -- this was just shy of 5000 Hz. Absolutely mental that it's coming from a human voice box but well within what the normal human hearing range can cover.

He didn't lose his voice he hit a d8 or d9 off the scale

@@kendavies3054He absolutely lost his voice there. Because of that he tried again in the whistle register literally one octave higher, hitting a clean D8 whistle live (he wanted to do a D7 falsetto but all that came out was silence; two seconds later the whistle D8 came out)
