Saudi Arabia did not say that Israel enjoys a certain level of immunity, but rather it said that Israel acts as though it believes that it is “above the law and enjoys a certain level of immunity”. The caption used here is very misleading and grossly misstates both the words and the clear intent of Saudi Arabia!!!
