I got mine working on att just fine ... You have to do certain things but it works just fine after that.

I am also considering the slim, got a potential deal for 200 canadian which is a steal of a deal considering what this costs buying from them directly, again my concern is going back to a smartphone, currently using the light phone 2 and I enjoy the piece of mind, 9 months smartphone free is a hard thing to give up, really struggling with this decision!

I personally think the Priv is the coolest design, Would rather have a bigger screen and keyboard slide out than always have keyboard with a smaller screen

Do you have any recommendations for a simple flip phone? I've been thinking about buying one but I'm not sure which one. It should have WhatsApp (with group messaging), speech-text feature, and Maps or Navigation app. Thanks

Hi Jose, As far as you can tell is there any way around student mode? Are you able to access black listed apps/the browser after Student Mode is turned on? I'm looking for a minimalist device that has modern day essentials (email, maps, calendar, etc) available but no browser. Thinking of locking off the app store and browser and keeping things minimal but functional.

Try the Sunbeam F1. The Light Phone 1 is only 2G and won't work in many countries sadly.

Great video and a sexy phone but it's price is expensive and I have the impression that the qwerty keyboard is not making the use experience more affordable for the work. I would like a Review of a qwerty KaiOS phone like Ghia qwerty.

I'm using my BB key2 for 4 years, yeah it's still alive with an intense using and it makes me happy but I'm looking if I can buy a new phone with physical keyboard to keep my Key2 as long as possible in switching with 2 phones. I'm sad BlackBerry will never make news phones, I'm using only BB since 2016, Priv, Passport and my loving Key2. I like when people see my phone and tell me "BlackBerry? It still exist?" 😂 I really don't like phones with complet screen without anything else, they are all the same. And honnestly a physical keyboard is life, you can write without seeing your phone. I can write a text speaking with someone without looking one time my phone and I don't make mistake. There are not many phone with physical keyboard, I think I will buy it even It will never replace my BB. (Sorry for my english, I'm french.)

If it's 4G only, you'll get 4G. The 5G SIM will work, but only give you 4G

What do you estimate the longevity of this device will be ? the dumbphone subreddit has been BEGGING for a QWERTY keyboard. definitely a bit pricey, just not sure if it will last enough to keep as a daily.

I own the Titan Pocket (Which looks more like a Blackberry Classic) and for dumbphone use, I'd advise to buy that one instead. This one is made of cheapo plastic, while the Pocket is a proper rugged phone.
