great role play, Mediator did a great job and the role players were very co-operative

oh, I got her technique - she bores them to death,so they don't have any will to do anything or argue anymore, they want to be just done with it and get out

Jackie initially said that she would require $1,600 to repair the dip on top of the $3,000 outstanding. The Mediator made a mistake and said the reapirs were $600. Nobody picked this up. Seems to me if it was picked up it would have caused huge difficulties with James who had agrred the lower amount. The Mediatopr would have struggled to correct this mistake.

One party doesn't remember that conversation. Obviously that would be a dead end. Why go down that path? Waste of time it was.

The mediator never brought up the issue of the relationship until the parties did. Thank God for that otherwise the mediator would have tried to get the parties to "agree" to remember things that may never have happened.
