@@MuiKaHo it's vestigial. Detailes used to have a purpose but even when it's not longer used the style remains. If there is only one button then u button that of course

just a couple tips.. never button the bottom button and #1 thing to nail a good look with a blazer is a shirt with a good collar.

Thanks for the video. First, I suggest that you pay more attention to your appearance, such as your beard and hairstyle, and pay more attention to the size of your jacket, especially since Zara sells wide suits, which I personally do not like.
