"Unique ID for Persons with Disabilities” project is being implemented with a view of creating a National Database for PwDs, and to issue a Unique Disability Identity Card to each person with disabilities. The project will not only encourage transparency, efficiency and ease of delivering the government benefits to the person with disabilities, but also ensure uniformity. The project will also help in stream-lining the tracking of physical and financial progress of beneficiary at all levels of hierarchy of implementation - from village level, block level, District level , State level and National level.

ISH sign language Udid card Good. I was UDID registered 4 years ago. I have a received copy UDID and certificate only. Not only that, but I haven't received UDID CARD original 4 years ago

udid portal also don't give any link to provide dual handicapped documents to marged them and get one multiple disability certificate

mandatory requirement of UDID number for availing benefits under the schemes/programmes and services regarding notification came on dated 29-03-2024. I am requesting that you please extend the date of the udid number mandatory to at least three to four months because the website has been undergoing maintenance for nearly 2 months. I registered 03-04-2024 till I did not get an udid number even though CMO verification was over nearly one month. So for fellowships you made UDID number mandatory means it will be more problematic to students.I hope you will extend the date of mandatory udid number from 01-07-2024. Please consider my request and do the needful sir. I will get a national fellowship for person with disabilities (NFPWD) award letter in the month of july 2024 then udid not there means my studies and future should be in big trouble i hope you understand and solve my issue sir.

UDID कार्ड के लिए 3 साल पहले ही रजिस्ट्रेशन कर लिया गया था लेकिन कार्ड अभी तक नहीं आया और ट्रैक करने पर 2 साल से not deliver to patient दिख रहा है तो इस स्थिति में क्या किया जाए?

Yes me too.... I have copies of UDID card. Real UDID card is not receiving 😒.
