A sodium reactor as a nasty beast to tame. Hats off to all the BN series reactors. If you work in pipe fittings or submarines you know everything leaks....including sodium. I wonder how many "small" sodium leaks they have to deal with a year & how its dealt with, would be fun to see them do what the US really couldn't. But then again our power plants have to make money which is harder than keeping a sodium loop air tight.
