ETH isnt consistent in managing players progression, ends up loosing talents by over relying on British "name players" like Rashford, Maguire, Luke Shaw and some other players like Dalot, AWB, Erkson, Nelson Mount, Antony. He always start these players regardless of their fitness to impliment, defend, follow the game plan etc. With those players, ManU will never make it to the best championship club in the future. ETH, the way he made Eric Bailey, Alex Tuazenby leave fully aware that he has mediocre full backs, end up bringing a religated FB- Evans, its the stupidiest thing. He was very reluctant to give chances to Garnacho, Amad, Mainoo and Kambwana. Look at the rate those players have risen in value and potential within the last 6 months. Amrabat is now showing off his full potential , he was sat on for the past 9 months. If ETH contintues with his inconsistencies, i will go after him.
