The RFP I read yesterday, which was a Medicaid data storage and capture proposal called for US codes to align to the UN Development Program. When you go to this entity's website it features the United Nations 2030 Agenda and rebuilding Ukraine. No wonder why America is sending all that money to the Ukraine, we are paying to rebuild it, just like we fund NATO and the United Nations. America is the largest UN financial contributor.

While I agree that many minorities in this country are exploiting and beating the crap out of the "race card" and you're absolutely right that it is not the insane problem that people think it is, especially when you consider what it was actually like in the 60s; the truth is there is still racism in the system. It's just not as widespread as many of these victim mentality Gen Z's like to claim. But it does exist. For example, please feel free to look up right now or when you have some spare time the number of banks that just in the last 3 years were caught issuing higher interest loans to women and black people of comparable credit scores, income, and employment, than their white counterpart loan applicants. And you want to claim that this is still not in problem in the year 2024? Not to mention the origin of these DEI programs and why they even came into existence. Universities across the country were denying entry to minority students of similar or even superior scholarly merit than their white counterparts, sometimes egregiously so. Again, it is true that these programs are now abused as hell by minorities to victimize themselves and claim they are "oppressed" when this generation has no effing clue what real oppression is. But to say racism and discrimination doesn't exist in the year 2024? Have you not seen any news or read any articles, or even stepped outside in the last 8 years? Discrimination is everywhere. Did you forget "The jews will not replace us"? Did you forget when Covid began and Chinese Americans who have never even stepped a foot in China for several generations of their family were being brutally assaulted on the streets and sometimes killed? Did you somehow miss when the Ukraine war started, how many Russian-American businesses were being vandalized and destroyed? And we also have to point out that discrimination against white people is also discrimination. Have you not seen the amount of times minorities have grouped up and dragged the white community through the mud for things their ancestors did? Come on now... If a certain group of people study hard enough then they would get admissions into these schools just like every other race. Possible job for a master's in Africana Studies include: Counselor Elementary, secondary or post-secondary educator Program Coordinator Educational Programs Director Journalist Lawyer Case Manager Policy Analyst Project Manager

So I went into education with my masters in Africana Studies and I'm putting it to good use (teaching courses in African History and African American History). So the Jobs that I mentioned are not nonsense. Others in the field along with myself made good use of our degrees.
