What is the cost in University dorms ? Does we need to sign any agreement for couple of months that we stay here only or it depends upon us to how many months we wish to stay?

You pay and reserve space on a semesterly basis, not a monthly basis. Dorms range from around $2700 per semester to $3000 per semester. For more info, check out the UNT Housing website: housing.unt.edu/rates/rates_guide

I won't be able to due to having traning however if you look at my clark tour the room is exactly identical to that and if you look at my Joe greene tour the furniture is going to be the same ones. I hope that helps!

There is no specific number the bathrooms are communal so anyone can use them that lives in the building. If you ever see a bathroom full you can also just walk across the hall to another bathroom. I hope that made sense, let me know if you have any more questions!

it's a pod style bathroom the room itself does not have the bathroom inside. They are in the hall

I recommend getting a shower caddy helps a lot!
