Great video man. I found a debadged phase 1 custom at some hole in the wall guitar store for $250, they didn’t know what it was but you could clearly tell where the Univox badge went. Can’t find a univox custom badge, but after a refret it plays beautifully.

I have the same guitar phase 1 and I would also like to modify, mind to share where did you bought all the stuffs you used (eg. Pickup, bridge and the tuning peg)

Where did you find the pickup rings?? I am in the process of a phase two project and I want to fit the guitar with humbuckers but have not been able to find the propper pickup rings.

Really love when Cobain used this Guitars a lot back at the 80s hate it so much that he stop using them for generic boring stratocaster i just love this type of vintage guitars a hell of a lot much more honestly this guitar made Kurt look so much cooler and heavier sounding than fender
