This chocolate mousse is pure delight! Of course you have to like dark chocolate. This sugar-free, egg-free chocolate mousse is a bit last-minute. This is a quick eat recipe. A 1 ingredient recipe! A 1 ingredient chocolate mousse (I don't count water as an ingredient). Of course you can add honey if you need it. It is a healthy and delicious dessert. Good tasting !
Ingredients :
90g of water
90 g dark chocolate 80% minimum

Testée aujourd’hui même. J’ai utilisé un mélange de chocolat noir et au lait (80% noir). Le résultat est top. C’est entre la mousse et la texture d’une truffe. Je recommande 👌🏻

А на мой вкус - это больше напоминает шоколадную пасту,а не мусс. Мусс все -таки более нежный и мягкий,воздушный должен быть. Этот тяжелее смотрится.Хотя думаю, что вкусны.Растопленный шоколад взбитый с холодной водой и все дела!

Omg dessert délicieux. Parfait comme dessert de dernière minute. Ce fait en un rien de temps. Par conte c’est difficile de ne pas tout manger d’un coup trop bon ! Je la refais c’est sur . Essais avec du chocolat noir 85/100 à l’orange c’est malade

Elle est géniale votre recette, un concentré d'énergie. De quoi bluffer tout le monde (vous connaissez peut-être le chocolat chaud à l'eau qu'on laisse beaucoup réduire, avec un peu de cannelle au-dessus). J'ai refait votre pesto que j'offre toujours avec plaisir. Ici, début de cure de raisin jusqu'en octobre, je vais saliver devant vos recettes ❤️

Не понимаю,зачем так издеваться над шоколадом,можно не распаковывая поделить на квадратики,он же перфорирован!А затем просто высыпать содержимое в миску для растопки прям из упаковки и не надо марать ни нож,ни доску.🤭

In the nursing homes they sometimes have chocolate mousse for dessert and a lactose free version of it also. Of course I tasted them both, to compare. The regular mousse was excellent, but the lactose free was HEAVENLY! Thanks for showing us how to make it!

Before I packed up the empty food containers in the metal compartments on wheels to send back to the kitchen, I took a spoon and compared them. We weren't allowed to EAT the patients' food. I also tasted the pureed food the patients who couldn't eat food with chunks in it. They hated certain things and I tasted them to see why. Holy cow some if it was vile. And we gave it to them to eat. I sympathized with them. I also tried out their lifts and found out they can hurt like HECK! You have to make sure the... I don't even know what it is called in English... the cloth part you lift them with. Harnesses? I experienced what they did. I believe you have to know these type of things, whether it's the food they eat or other things that need to be used often. Once you understand what they experience, you can make things more pleasant for them. And no I am not an American. And it seems you would be horrible at that job. Every single one of my patients loved me. I had empathy. Greedy! You horrible, horrible person. Judging me for caring about my patients.
