@ Vitor, I got a question if u don’t mind. I tried to set my lumix g7 according to the setting u shared in one of your videos. And I don’t really know why i constantly get out of focus especially with an new lens (0.25/0.82ft) I got. So manual focus doesn’t work at all and the automatic one sucks too😭 Would u suggest to change the camera or im doing definitely something wrong? 🥺😭
2 жыл бұрын
Hey Jilina! I don't recommend using autofocus in Panasonic cameras. I always use manual focus, meaning that I always grab focus on my subject before start recording. And during the recording I always make sure to maintain the subject at the same distance from the camera throughout the whole shoot. That way I make sure that everything goes smoothly! If you need autofocus, then I would say that this camera is not ideal for you, unfortunately.

Great video! Hey Vitor, what gimbal do you recommend for the G7? Thanks! Subscribed.
2 жыл бұрын
Hey Clif! Thanks man! The g7 is a very lightweighted camera, and assuming that you will use M43 native lenses (which the majority of them are lightweighted as well), pretty much any gimbal with 2kg payload will do! In my case I still use a feiyutech a2000 (2kg payload), which is very old and I believe it is also discontinued... But I still use it as my main gimbal and it works totally fine. So, because of this, there's no need to stress too much about which gimbal to buy to use with the g7! Just make sure that the gimbal can hold 2kg payload and you should be fine! Thanks for watching!

I have a lumix gh4 camera with a 12-35 HD 2.8 lens. which nd filter suits me?
2 жыл бұрын
If I'm not mistaken, I believe the Lumix 12-35mm F2.8 has a filter thread of 58mm! So you would need an ND filter that has 58mm diameter, or you could also get a bigger size ND (must be bigger that 58mm) and then use step up rings to mount that bigger ND filter on the lens! Thanks for watching!

Good tips, but I am pretty sure your native ISO of the GH5 is 400. I have always used that my self, after reading it when I purchased it in 2017 😊
2 жыл бұрын
Thanks man! People are always debating on this topic (if the gh5 has 200 or 400 native ISO). Actually I did a lot of research on that topic and I couldn't find a clear official answer from Panasonic, of what's the native ISO of the GH5. Even on the official website, I couldn't find any information on the topic... So I always thought it was 200.... My bad then... Could you kindly share the official article where you read that it is 400 ISO? I'd love to read it! And thanks again for watching! 😁
