This is the most humble cool guy ever! I like loud electric motors makes it seem nore real and cool to me. Sort of like hell cat whine. Of course beast us faster😂

I saw the cyber truck yesterday going on the highway on ramp in Waterloo yesterday. I wonder if that’s the same one I saw in Tama on highway 30 few weeks ago. I don’t know how many are in Iowa so far.

Great conversation! All our relatives live in either Adel, Humboldt, or Renwick Iowa… for them the CyberTruck is Alienware.

@@iowatesla and I would add, for me, Alienware in a good way. This truck is so advanced it’s otherworldly. I love it. I have an early reservation and could have one in possession now, but I’m waiting for the release of the non-foundation series, and drop the price $20k.

We saw one in Venice FL last week that looked like someone tried to test the “bulletproof” aspect. Then I saw it was a huge decal on the side. It also had a huge Texas Longhorn horns on the hood.

Cool! I’ve seen that truck in photos. Lots of people are shooting it with guns. I guess they think it’s cool. I personally don’t like it.

Near topic question: Last night, due to the violent storms in our area of Iowa, I unplugged my Tesla from my wall connector in my garage in case of a lightning strike. Does anyone else do this? Is it necessary to protect the vehicle?

I’ve never done this. Don’t know if you should or not. Also never heard of lightning causing problems.
