Yo this was my favorite while everybody was listening to rap god when I was in high school. All the references in this song I'd never known before. You pointed out alot so I could look them up. I love this track. Such homage to hip hop but also Detroit music scene. Billy Squire is from Michigan/ Detroit area, so is Kid Rock, Royce etc. I think you’re only reactor I’ve seen catch the k-fed roast. He really let himself go, so funny.

He has done Medicine Man. Maybe it’s been taken down. I think Medicine Man is Eminem’s final testament about how he feels about all the noise. He’s white, he’s this or that. He sets it straight in that joint and pays homage to Dre. His verse goes from past tense to current tense to future tense. And I say “hell yeah!” The entire song is structured to be timeless. Whether Em and Dre are long gone from this earth, that song lives on forever. And isn’t that what we all want to do is live our life and leave this earth better for it?

Don’t be too hard on yourself. As children we all were suffering alone. We didn’t know any different. It’s called normalization. That’s why it’s so important that we talk about mental illness and abuse. If we don’t then the kids won’t either. And that’s the sad truth. So I applaud your bravery in the comment you left bc without you stating that you have suffered I wouldn’t have been able to write this reply that may help you but if someone else out there is suffering in silence? Maybe they’ll hear me tell them, “Remember who the Real Slim Shady is? If you listen to that song he says EVERYONE is, so please stand up!” And that just means you’re not alone. Holy shit Em's use of samples in this song is a bar and homage to the boys, Pauls Boutique was one if if not the most sample heavy albums that has ever been made and his almost saturated use of samples is such a production bar on its own.

I have to correct you about the virws of this song on KZfaq. Its no longer 266 million views. In the 7 months since you did this reaction it has gone up to 270 million views!! GOAT 🐐🐐🐐 ish! What I think is most genius about this song is it’s named Berzerk and it’s samples “Stroke Me” by Billy Squire through the entire song! Eminem loves comics and Viking lore. And if you don’t know what a Berzerker is, well it’s a fighter that snaps and kills everything and everyone in his path. And when Eminem goes full slim shady? No one is safe from his lyrical pen game. Run and hide even if a Berzerker is your best friend because in Viking lore… well that’s one man that will take down every combatant on both sides! And Stoke Me? That song is Billy Squire saying you can try to bend me and break me but you’re just stroking me! You’re getting me off!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I love the Beastie Boys and if you listen to them now, it’s so in your face obvious that Eminem was heavily influenced by 3 white Jewish boys who started as a punk band, decided they liked hip hop and did it their way. Because they didn’t come from poverty, they came from entitlement and do they ever diss their entitlement peers “So Watcha, Watcha Want”? That IMO is about their peers throwing money at Charities but that’s it. And it’s meaningless bc the charity they think they’re “frontin a revolution” but if you support a cause you should believe in the cause you are supporting. Check out Em's verse in Lord Above and then MAYBE consider doing a live stream reaction to the series of Nick Cannon terrible Disses (people joke that these are reason why KZfaq now hides the dislike count on videos) AND then cap it off with. Eminem's "Yellow Brick Road" from 2004 which already addressed the issue and explained away the story that Nick tried to base his whole angle on.
