*Disclaimer* All of the photos in color, were RAW files edited in Lightroom. All the B&W photos are straight-out-of-camera JPEGs using a custom B&W color setting within the camera.

It's insane how much the new models have gone up in price. I bought my GR 2 right after the GR 3 was released. The price drop at that point was significant. Mint condition for $350. Now it's worth more than double that.

good review. if you can, look for the GX200, the zoom is 24-72mm something.

Great review! I just got an Olympus XA1 to have a small budget friendly film camera with a semi decent lens. But now I want a compact digital camera. This is looking like my number one choice so far!

I appreciate it! The XA1 looks like an awesome camera! But if you want a little more convenient and quicker turn-around, GR’s are your best bet

I appreciate it! Usually on Shutter priority mode with SS set to 1/100 and auto ISO up to 3200. As for the colors I usually shoot in both RAW and JPEG with the JPEGs being set to B&W 👍

How can you adjust the ss can’t seem to find it?

I have mine set to be changed by the scroll wheel just in front of the shutter button. The other option would be the ADJ scroller just under the power button. But make sure you’re either in M, S, or P mode so you’re actually allowed to change it.

Ahh I appreciate it!! Yeah they’ve gone up a little bit since i got mine. I saw some IV’s sell on ebay recently for around $380.

My Ricoh GR II broke only 2 months from having it. Flex cable inside that handles the shutter and aperture inside the lens broke. After that I got the infamous lens stuck open. It's crazy how they make such an important component so weak and fragile.

beautiful shots and great video. how slow is the write speed when shooting RAW on this? I know it was really slow (like 9-12 seconds) on the original GR Digital

Thanks so much Miles I appreciate it! Shooting RAW takes about 4 seconds per shot on this specific version.

Thank you brotha!! It's an amazing camera and it just gets better the more you use it. I'm actually making a video about photo editing rn, so I'll have a link to a google drive folder with my presets in there in the description of it. Keep an eye out for that video soon!

1:39 This is false. The APSC GR and GRII have a popup flash. The GRIII is the first GR without a flash.
