What Up Peeps,
In my last video I asked for suggestions to what people would like to see in terms on vegetarian food. I got a comment from Ms. Bharti saying you could do Rajasthani and Gujrati thali to which I thought it was a cool idea. Now I was on a search for an authentic place which serves state wise thalis. I came across Suruchi in Karol Bagh. There rating was really good on google and I have heard of them in the past. I called them and they agreed for a shoot. I visited and was very happy to see the servers with all their rajasthani turban and welcoming very cordially. I ordered for both the thali’s. The best part was the unlimited serving until you are full. I was also happy to the Covid Precautions which were being taken due to the 4th wave of covid. They also serve a Punjabi thali incase you’d like to order. They had various items to offer in the thalis. Honestly there were few dishes that I have not even heard of before I had this thali.
