Take two of the inside plastic screens from the nt carb and put the foam filter in the middle. Then cut out the center part of the outside screen for maximum airflow. But keep the inner one the same so it supports the foam piece from being sucked into the carb. Good video

Can anybody tell me about the installation process of the uni sock filter? Does is just go on your stock carb after removing the stock skull looking filter orrrr

I had an extra Uni filter from my motorcycle and it fit the HP carb. I switched back to the cone style because my leg kept rubbing against the filter. But to answer you question, it won't. There's not enough gripping surface on the NT carb for the clamp.

what happens if you use a forced air to the system? like using a 12 v air compressor to the carb itself?

There's another one available i have its a low profile cone style like the hp carb but about half the hight and it screws in just like the stock filter

Since I’m not sure and this my 1st motorized bicycle anything , you can use an air filter or an exhaust pipe ? they attach to different places ?

Hi on my motorized push bike I have really done 3,000 miles on it have noticed that the knicker cell coating is slightly coming off at the bottom near the exhaust Port outlet at the bottom it's still runs really well the top is actually fine I have no trouble starting it either ...what do you? think ? If it gives me any trouble I have a spare cylinder head to replace it if it gives me any trouble

@@mrbotlegmechanic2491 a guy rode across the desert with no air filter so I think your basic riding will be fine. I've never used an air filter in all the years of riding and never had a problem and besides they're cheap throw away engines anyway. I have the phantom 85 and my spare bike has the yd100 if they blow up because of no air filter I'll buy another one it's not like you're buying a 30k dollar car

@@mrbotlegmechanic2491 I only ride when I want and if it's nice out. If the bikes were my only transportation and I had to ride in the rain then I would use an air filter but I only ride on the street when the sun is shining so no air filter
