What type of stock are you using? The premade pine glue ups?

Yes, exactly. Pine glue ups from Lowe’s. The ones that are plastic wrapped. I think they are less warped in my opinion. But still need to check for warping.

Neat ideas, you now doing boolean subtraction in 1 move rather than individual stripes multiple times

You don’t need to do all of that copying/pasting. Just select your logo and one of the shorter stripes and align horizontal. Then select the logo and align to stock vertically.
