Unlocking Every Outlast Trophy!

Күн бұрынIn todays video I will be unlocking ever single trophy in the Outlast trinity which includes Outlast, Outlast: Whistleblower, and Outlast 2. Which is known to be one of the hardest horror games to achieve the platinum trophy in!
This is not only the most difficulty platinum trophy I have ever gone for, but this is also the biggest video project I have ever taken on. I did my best to do a full outlast story recap as well as highlight how I was able to complete the Outlast Insane runs along side how to complete the Outlast 2 Messiah trophy.

I like that he narrates the lore/story while he gets all the achievements in the game. Makes the video 10x more enjoyable. When I watched other videos with the completionist style it is completely different.

This is one of the best platinum vids ive ever seen keep the good work Note: The real challenge of outlast 1 lies on the xbox verison where theres the CLAUSTROPHOBE achievement for not hiding the whole game, and ENERGISER which is the same as messiah.

@@NoahSundayCompletionist i'm pretty sure some achievements aren't on the steam version either. I decided to run the game with the restrictions of those achievements anyway it was pretty fun.

Why would you even hide in the first place? That's probably the easiest achievement you can get, by just playing the game.

@@erieriderschillingcorner1595 Yes. I believe the Steam version has the least achievements of all the versions. I believe according to the devs, they had issues with Sony's trophy system, which is also the reason why they have no platinum.

Nice job! That was impressive I remember glitching through the floor the first time I survived Val's chase sequence for Messiah trophy. That was before they patched the game to make it easier. I only got the courage to finish the plat 4 years later Watching you go through those Laird sections gave me PTSD

Mad respect to you for finishing insane mode on them. I tried twice for the first game and I died to walker both times. The first time was after the kitchen fire and outside area, the second right before the chapel, game wouldn't let me jump to the vent and he punched me dead, I got so mad cause of it

i like how on both PlayStation and pc there is only 14 trophies for outlast 1 but on xbox there are 17 the extra ones being dropping the guy down the elevator shaft(start of the game after getting thrown down by Chris.), without hiding in a locker or under a bed, and beating the game on insane mode without reloading camera batteries.

At release the first Martha encounter was insane and using audio on your cam drained battery. It was absolutely insane and difficult.

I 100%'d Outlast and Whistleblower, and absolutely grinded for months on Outlast 2, trying to get the Messiah trophy alone with all the other harder ones in one run (no hiding, complete under 4 hours, etc) Got so far so many times and ended up giving up motivation and never going back to it (which I regret because now I have lost all memory of the game) Main run killer was the two in the forest with the bow, and furtherest I got was in one certain school section that I'm unsure as to which it was, but I remember it being outside, watching this sparked interest in trying again but god, with all the lost skill, muscle memory, and everything else, I just can't bring myself to trying again

If you like the story of outlast you should definitely read the comics as they give more lore on what lead up to Outlast 1 and 2 and even what happened after outlast 1

"the first horror game I ever played. The one I consider to be the best of all time." *Instant like and sub* I'm basically an expert at Outlast's mechanics. I've got well over 150 hours across the 2 (and a half) games. Most of that comes from me manipulating the config files to make the game harder (faster enemies, quicker battery loss, easier detection, stuff like that) And yet it took me several years to finally complete the Insane mode achievements. I'd be evil not to give you my well-earned push of the funny red button.

I don't know why, but if you play Outlast 1 on Xbox, there are 18 trophies instead of 14. One of them consists in beating the game in insane difficulty without recharging the camera batteries and another one consists in beating the game without hiding in lockers or under beds (actually it's easier than it seems)
