You might’ve seen this, but you can slowly open door by holding the open button, which doesn’t trigger the door traps

Honestly if I were to rate the Outlast games I'd put them like this 1: Outlast 2: Whistleblower 3: Outlast Trials 4: Outlast 2 Outlast 2 is my least favorite because having a voice protagonist in Outlast doesent fit very well, and also I realized that resident evil 8 ripped this game off hard. The setting is just spooky forest, and all the enemies have hillbilly southern accents. My favorite part of Outlast 2 are the segments where you hallucinate being in the school being chased by Loutermilch. Aside from that, I dont like that game.

What would be your Outlast game ranking?

This was a fun game but at the end of the day, it's going to have to be ranked the least fun of the outlast games for me only because it doesn't have the same in depth horror single player experience. It was just a multiplayer game with an outlast theme. I enjoyed the extra lore we were given, but overall, I'd rather have seen an Outlast 3 over Trials.
