Wow!, I just did 3 reps of the 2nd exercise and got such a pleasant pop in my hip where I usually experience an impingement sensation. Ill be doing these a bunch, thanks!

Thank you,Matt. I am dealing with thight hip flexor because it helped me a lot too much gluten activation, and I tried this. Amazingly, it worked.

This is a very good exercise. A lot of people have problems with hip mobility.

Thanks for the video Matt! So does engaging the adductor pull the ball back into the socket and the SL hinge pattern uses that space and integrates it with proper hip extension? Would this be helpful for someone dealing with hip pinching on the same side they had a past hip labrum surgery on?

That worked so well! Thank you! Question, as I hinge over, I do feel a stretch in the glutes but I also feel it down to like around ankle toes.. not sure if that sciatica or just neural tension, what would you suggest? Just continue to do it? Thank uou!❤

First exercise with the roller, it's fine pulling back but when I relax it to go forward it makes a loud pop. Is this normal or I shouldn't do it?

both sides just to be safe

Only the side with the issues, usually left side. Right side usually needs to improve external rotation.

Yeah... no improvement. 30 years of painful hips, moderate to severe arthritis in both hips, two torn labrum that have calcified over... I really don't want a hip replacement even though that seems like my only hope at this point. 35 years as a personal trainer and a nurse, married to a doctor, and also have a daughter that's a PT... I've tried it all but keep coming back to KZfaq looking for a miracle "I never thought of that!" video

Yeah man. It seems I'm on the same boat. Also a nurse and same problem with hips. Squat university seems like the best Channel so far. I'm planning to go see him this year.

Look for PST (pulsed signal therapy) It saved my hips. Ostheoarthritis level 3, doctors wanted to replace my hips. I did PST and nowadays I play bball 3 x week and jump rope and calisthenics everyday
