I just started playing yesterday and saw the extra races and knew I wanted this one. Thought it was going to be a lot harder but I'm almost done the achievement and took about 2hrs

ok, i did te entire sands achievement but NEVER got the intro quest so where the heck is that?

Did you figure this out? I have the achievement but baine bloodhoof has no quest nor are there any banners behind him such as in the video. So frustrating.

Not sure what changes have been made but i thought you had to go through a ton of quests from the zandalari trolls before you could make your way to the first starter quest for the desert where you help a vulpera escape then travel by carriage over to the hideaway?

In BFA, you could choose which one of the three zones you will do first. That was criticized a bit from the story perspective because it made the experience a bit confusing and disjointed allegadly. That's why they went for completely linear story in Shadowlands. I myself preferred being able to choose the zones, mostly cause it's better for leveling alts.

I am trying to do this and literally no NPCs show up at all where the map is. I can't right click it or anything. I'm level 70 too

You'll need to make sure you've done the Battle For Azeroth quests. Head to the Orgrimmar quest board next to Grommash Hold, and there should be a Herald next to it. You take that quest, speak to Sylvanas and then join Nathanos on a quest to break into the Stormwind Stockades. After that, you'll arrive at Dazar'alor and after a quick intro questline they'll be there.

I recently transferred from Alliance to Horde to do this quest and I can’t click on the war table/ no one to start the quest I am 70 btw

Many tools already show that, would have made the video much longer and confusing. Just follow the main quests when you're there using an Add-on like BTWQuests.

I'm not sure if it's changed since this video was made, but as far as I can tell, currently you unlock Vulpera at level 40 and can immediately start the quest for it at the embassy. And you don't even have to have finished the Secrets in the Sands quest line. Is level 50 just what you recommend when doing it or what?

For the Vulpera, it's JUST the desert quests to get the achievement.

You can still do it overlevelled, you just have to set your settings so that you can see low level quests.
