Not to be in there defense but in today's society there are alot of scams and scammers. Also people like this entitled lass tend to ignore a "stupid ticket" or two that they got that felt it was unfair.. (todays entitled society) OR they may have gotten one when they were "not in the correct frame of mind" (i.e. drunk-coming back from a night out or a booty call) and forgot about it. Some let their friend / family member drive it and entrusted them and they blew it off-not my car type stuff. At least BHD is giving them the opportunity and respect to "explayn" why and tell them if they pay then they can go their way and play- or sit and shit. I think (myself included) would just boot give them the paperwork and leave and tag more..
