9 out of 10 people that we have seen here that contest the parking tickets believes its a scam because Bounty Hunter Ds crew comes in civilian clothes without name tags. This could be easily remedied if they had that..just saying,I can understand that people get suspicious when people in ordinary clothes gives out parking boots, I cant faulter them for being suspicious. Its a scam world we live in today,unfortunately,and suspiciousness is often called for.
