Unahana's banki is capable of healing, plus being able to be defensive and offensive. Due to the composition of iron and carbon in blood, Minazuki is able to construct an ad hoc blade that permits Zanjutsu combat while also carrying the banki's power with it. The blood that surrounds the area around her can also act as an acid and burn away flesh and bone.

oh shii, that's another cool concept on her bankai. i thought it's just like waterbending that cut things with enough pressure.
