My only problem with this is that the master bedroom is on the ground floor. It needs to be on the second floor. I want my privacy.

This is what I've always wanted, the master bedroom to be on the ground floor, good for elderly. I wish it has a roof deck tho. Nice design! 🙌

Wowww... this is what I've been looking for.. double storey house with 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor.. it's a very rare design for me.. because usually double storey house standards only have 1 bedrooms on the 1st floor.. I might used this design for real in the future.. THANK YOU SO MUCH 😍😍😍

I love this house. My only suggestion is that instead of steel stair railings, you may use glass stair railings for more elegant and seamless look of the interior.

Thanks for the tips! Yes, glass stair railings look better but it is also more expensive than the steel stair railings. But I agree that they make the space more elegant and seamless. Thank you.

this is definitely ideal for those looking to have a retirement home made back in the motherland. Nicely done!! 👏👏👍🏼 Edit: I re-watched this and just realized I was reading the layout incorrectly. Lol! this will definitely fit in my lot with a bit of modification. Sliding doors in the master bedroom leading out to the back, removing the balcony upstairs to make a junior masters room with a toilet and bath. Question: can the stairs be made as señorita steps?

Incredibly beautiful home but too big for 2 retired couple. I really love the computer station in every room. When we get to Pinas, I plan to build a 6 x 10 with carport on the first floor. 2nd floor would be a 6 x 8 apartment with its own separate entrance. Are you located in Metro Manila sir? The lot is located in Taytay Rizal, 10 x 15 sq m. Has cash to build. Really appreciate this design. Thank you kindly.
