I know this is late, like 8 months, but I just heard of you today on Dear Future Wifey Podcast. I'm so in love with your hearts and your witness. Y'all make it seem easy but you've done the work. May God's blessings continue to pour out over you, your family and all you do in promoting the Kingdom of God. Thanks for encouraging counseling b4 during and after. Stay 💯

I'm here from the Future Wifey podcast! This couple resonated with me so much because they are mature and Godly. Random thought, something about Juliette reminds me of Priscilla Shirer.

This was outrageously helpful! Newly wed since October and I strongly identify with the woman Mrs. Juliet “spoke to” and encouraged toward the end. Thank you both for being in tune to the Holy Spirit as the conversation flowed. He certainly pricked your heart to share that with me. God bless you both!!! May this series spread as far God’s arm reach.

Juliette and Tim! I really enjoyed the message and the unpacking of it. Marriage is a topic close to me and Jolyon. After 30 years going through many ups and downs, marriage is continually evolving and still being revealed as the beautiful gift God has given us. He is looking to show Himself off through Godly marriages in the earth. How humbling it is to be used to show forth God’s beauty. I’m looking forward to watching this full series! Stay open to Him! ❤️🤗

I followed you guys from "Dear future wifey" thank you, you finally spoke exactly to me at the end. I often listen to marriage lectures and leave empty because I feel that no one addresses me as a wife to an unsaved husband who feel he's always right. There has been many infidelity in the marriage, where I extended grace. But after 38yrs, I've about given up to just live in obedience to God's word, and find my peace and joy in him. It's never to late as I listen to you. Thank you, I'm listening ....

👏 W0W this was truly a Blessing Guys!!!!!But Seriously as you Guys were discussing being on the same page with your spouse, and how it is when that's not the case🤔 whereas one may have to tread wisely because the mate isn't necessarily doing the right thing, and how the mate might not be self-aware in their approaches and/or delivery. However, you wisely advised that we still must seek to understand by taking down our defensive mode and to really listen to that individuals expressing minus focusing on the offenses. This was really tactical because in certain situations such as these it could be really easy to be petty by using their delivery against them, refusing to humble ourselves and and to adopt either a prideful, entitled, victim mentality 😒 using these sort of incidents to control the narrative which will only increase the hindrances in communication by further impelling it. That was rich.

Thought/Question: If men are to love thier wife as Christ loved the church have we been looking at this depiction wrong being that Jesus died before getting His bride. His bride is still in process but He died for her before getting her. Does this mean for men who long to marry a woman they need to be prepared to love her so much that they will die to self before they even get her as thier bride?

22:23 I am not married but have found in normal relationships it is difficult to "put one self in their shoes" because people are such poor communicators of their feelings. When triggered they cease to be rational...
