Bro... you owe me new keyboard! :D When you delivered that line... "I'm 35 years old and I'm addicted to... compiling shaders in UE5" I bursted out laughing spilling tea all over my table. I'm following your work for quite some time - this is your best sketch ever by far. 8k textures applied to Metahuman - 10/10 (Did you use any upscaling AI for the scan result? Or there is absolutely no post process?) Performance - 10/10 (Your serious face without any flinch and eye movement made it golden!) Animation - 10/10 (did you tweak anything manually or whole delivery is just straight up metahuman animator result out of the box?) Lighting & Camera Set Up & Music - 8/10 (music and camera DOF is on point, lighting is subtle and fits the scene very well, using cap to not mess with hair works... I'm just only missing some contrast, rimlight on character on the left)

I remember in 1995 my dad bringing home a commodore 64 pc and setting it up in my bedroom with thexder, street fighter and captain comic.... such awesome memories but holy crap look how far we have come in 30 years. Can you just imagine the next 30. I hope I live to see it!

This is probably one of the best looking tests you got so far. This is awesome. Did you hire someone to make custom skin textures or did you do it? It looks a lot more realistic and I would love to see a video on that from your model or if you have the link to the artist if you didn't do that that would be awesome. Keep it up dude.

Even tho I think this is one of best facial expression done digitally, its still in uncanny valley territory. So far only one face passed this valley which is recent war within wow trailer and Anduin face. Anyhow that is amazing!

Looks really good though there still seemed something imssing and then I noticed that the skin doesn't pull from far enough away. If you notice that when someone moves their jaw it pulls the skin from as far up as their the upper side of thier cheeks. Same in that the skin on the bridge of the nose desn't seem to move as naturally. There's still something with the eyes - despite them being so much better. Might th tiny micromovements when you scan over the details of something small despite the fact that it seems that you would be looking at one thing directly.
