I'm using the AEC template, everything is so sharp and crisp by default ;) hope this helps!

Blender has EEVEE render engine just like similar to unreal engine both are baking... I don't know which one I should choose...what you think Yahiya.

chose whatever you like. but if you want it with professional way for sure unreal

Yahiya Habibi! as you probably know architects dont have the time or patience to learn 3dsmax. we use Sketchup! can you gear your tutorials for such users? i am aware of Sketchup's limitations especially when it comes to UV wrapping and such. maybe you could help explain how to take the Sketchup model to Blender (OSS rocks!) and then into unreal? or better still with twinmotion now i believe one can export to unreal thereby eliminating blender or 3dsmax altogether? thanks and keep up the good work and best wishes!

hi lone wolf...I am also faced the same problem but there is an addon for blender i.e., SketchUp to blender it is very useful for me because it imports exactly with the same dimensions and also some materials (only colors I mean )… but the only thing is you have to make clear that in SketchUp you have to join every corner or edge to another For example window has four corners at least two corners must be joined to other edges or corners...sorry for my bad English I don't know how to express it …if you understand then I am glad I would be helpful... there is a link I provided check it... github.com/heikkisa/blender-import-sketchup NOTE: It not work for uv's you have subdivide the mesh in blender after importing.

i forgot to mention that dont forget to add decimate modifier to the model...it will reduce the triangulated faces into planar faces
