The man is a pioneer, I can’t wait for the genre of “g-folk” to take off, with him as the head of the spear. Hip hop is dead? Not even close. This is bob Dylan of hip hop. I’m excited.

What a talented young man! I’m & extremely proud cockney listening to some of these tunes has gotten me nostalgic of yesteryear (yesterdecades in my case) over southwark park or sitting on the stairs in blocks in winter:- probably sounds like hell to 99% of ya’s but the other 1% will know of these happy carefree days gone by.

I like this, heard for the first time last week on BBC London. Caused me to look him up on Spotify, and love the music. I have one massive reservation however. Why is it ok for him to constantly put out an anti-police message? To the extent of calling them "all c***s" on his live debut album. I totally get the getting up to stuff when your young vibe that is a recurring theme in the music. But let's not get carried away. When most people are running away from trouble, the police are running towards it. So please Hak Baker, do yourself a favour, grow up a bit and have a bit of respect.
