@Jewel Clark thats what im thinking...i mean, this guy went out of his way to take Smith to see his daughter and was publicly seen by many people. it didnt seem like he had any intentions of killing Don. It seemed more like he was trying to help this drunkard. Then the drunkard got out of hand and probably attacked him and he probably lost his patience and killed him. i mean, i think all of us have lost our patience with certain drunks...more or less strangers who are drunk. he prob overreacted. so i wouldnt call it homicide. but it could be seen as manslaughter or possible self defense if he was attacked first. then he panicked, dumped the body where the incident occurred, and probably ran when he realized what he did
@tonylopez-russell26314 жыл бұрын
@Jewel Clark Ya, I agree with both you and E A, it is strong possibility that that is what happened. Mule pleaded guilty to child molestation, assault with a deadly weapon and failure to appear in court. He was found guilty of all charges and sentenced to fourteen years imprisonment. Also, he looks nothing like him in the pictures. I watched a documentary and they already did DNA testing and they proved this. Also they found someone to be his son cause he had a girlfriend in mexico . But even so, the pictures and features are so different its not even funny. Is it just me or does the photos of Brushy Bill when he was a teenager not look like the famous photo of Billy the Kid. Billy the Kids's face is really asymmetrical whereas Brushy Bill's is much more circular and symmetrical. Brushy Bill could have just been another young man in Billy the Kid's posse - that's why he knew some intimate details regarding Billy the Kid. On the other hand, a post-mortem photo was never taken of Billy the Kid as proof of his death.
