That cop saying "witnesses don't need an attorney...." don't ever believe that and don't ever talk with the police without an attorney present in a murder investigation. Especially if you're a spouse, no matter what the circumstances.

First they say he doesnt need an attorney, then they say that he is their prime suspect. Prime suspect should have an attorney, no? Both statements can't be true at the same time.....

Regardless of his guilt or not. The police aren't your friend but having an attorney to protect you during questioning is nothing but a wise thing. I always facepalm when people blab at hours to the police.

In my opinion, the police implied it was a murder for hire. Using the example of the missing wedding ring sheds light on that.

I'm so glad Lita and her family finally got justice. Also of note (I can't remember if it's in the episode), Sullivan's family not only helped investigators, but disowned him. This included his own brother and his children from his previous marriage.

Oh my gosh, Jared. Sweet boy, I know he isn’t a boy anymore. But ooh that breaks my heart 💔. He didn’t leave his son, his farm. Even if it’s going under, farmers don’t just walk off and leave. Especially when they have their child, to whom they are close and love, work with every day. Nope.

It's too much of a coincidence that these two murders aren't connected in some form. The've the same name, location, countenance, manner of death & the resemblance is far too uncanny. I feel it was a hit gone wrong based on mistaken identity. I'll bet it's the coworker or one of their husbands.

The first Mary that died was killed by accident. The second woman was the real target. I think the co-worker had something to do with it.

Anyone who thinks that having an attorney present while dealing with over zealous cops is dumb. And Never Ever take a polygraph test. Innocent people fail those things all the time. That doesn't make you guilty. It makes you smart.

there has been a case where exactly the same thing happened, the victims both were nurses, shared the same name and was killed in the same manner… it was a hit organized by one of the womens boyfriend..! i’m pretty sure this is the same situation here, the second husband hired a hitman and the guy killed the wrong mary because of all the similarities the two women shared… rest in peace and may god be with their families 🕊♥️

With that rancher story, the dad definitely knew the guy. He was bullsh*tting his son telling him the guy wanted to see horses. According to witnesses the dad actually DIDN'T have breakfast twice, but just drank coffee as the unknown guy ate breakfast. The dad was probably involved in some illegal crap and had to lie to protect his son. I'm sure the guy was killed somewhere and hidden somewhere police will never find.

Mostly agree, the only thing I question, like it was stated on the story, is why would he go to that diner with Larry? If you are gonna kill this guy you don't want to be seen in public at any time with him. But everything else checks out. And the guy who called from the Texas bar saying he saw Larry there was clearly lying.
@metalgrinch

@@fredleinweber2819 it's possible the killer didn't know he was going to kill the father. They may have gotten into an argument and that's what it led to later on.

Yes that was erie and creepy how much they actually looked alike had the same hair and exact same name even the same career, I think the 2nd husband hired a cheap hitman and they both didn't have enough sense to make change so instead of giving the killer a picture of his wife he just gave a vague description of her and got the wrong Mary Morris killed at first and then obviously he got it right the 2nd time but it's still very very odd and creepy how much the two total strangers have in common. I pray that they both will get the justice they each individualally deserve.🙏🏾😢

I noticed the 2 Marys story seems odd. Why did the police follow through on the case until it was solved? Family members or spouses do not do that stuff to a loved one. The police mishandled this case. I believe the third theory is more logical.
@pamelamls
@pamelamls 4 ай бұрын
These cases have not been solved. The police refuse to believe the theory that a hit man killed both women. The first Mary was a mistake, the second Mary killed was the real target. They might not have interviewed the male nurse who might have been involved.

let's look at all the evidence and Mike's behavior. I would get an attorney since I do not trust the sheriff or police in Kern County. An attorney can help with the questions and how to answer those questions. Also, an attorney can flag bad or misleading questions. How many honest citizens can or will trust the police in a murder case? The phone call is not suspicious but a loving husband would check on his wife. Are any of the Huston Police married?
